Tips for choosing fruits:

1. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables with special water content such as apples, pears, pineapples, watermelons, oranges, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.

2. Thick fruits and vegetables such as pineapple, melon, orange, etc. need to be peeled first. Citrus seeds will make the juice bitter, so it's better to remove it before juicing.

3. The flavor and amount of apple juice depends on the season and the type of apple you choose.

4. Watered apple juice will turn brown quickly. This is a normal oxidation to slow down the process so you can add a small amount of water or a small piece of lemon.

5. Stems and leaves such as mustard greens and lettuce can be put into the juicer.

6. The machine is not suitable for juicing sugarcane juice, ginger, watercress (small celery) and other foods
high in fiber. If you still want to squeeze them, cut them into small pieces of 3-4 cm before pressing.

7. Starchy foods such as bananas, papayas, avocados, figs and mangoes are not suitable for putting in the juicer. You can use another processor or blender to process such fruit.
